Rod Chang has been in the games industry for 23 years, all with Microsoft Xbox. Rod started developing games in the United States for the original Xbox, in 2003 he moved to Japan and developed multiple Xbox 360 games with Japanese producers, and in 2007 moved to China and developed MMORPGs. Over the last 8 years Rod has produced numerous success games on Xbox, pioneered Free to Play games on consoles and brought Minecraft into Asia markets. Rod is currently the Senior Director of Xbox Games in Asia.
