Shilpa is a seasoned business development leader with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. She is currently the Head of Business Development for Nvidia's Global Public Sector organization, where she leads Nvidia AI Nations, a worldwide program that helps government leaders and stakeholders develop and implement AI plans to advance national priorities and drive economic growth. Shilpa is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and executing successful partnerships. She is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and make a positive impact on the world. In her previous role at Nvidia, Shilpa led the company's Edge AI and video analytics solutions for smart cities. She is focused on building strategic partnerships and a rich ecosystem, driving the adoption and growth of Nvidia’s AI platforms and solutions across public sector, helping to improve public safety, mobility and environment, and accelerate their sustainability goals. Prior to Nvidia, Shilpa was responsible for driving business development for Cisco's IoT solutions across major industry verticals. She worked with customers in manufacturing, transportation, energy, and public sector to help them adopt and use IoT technology to improve their operations.
